Every medical transcriptionist knows that most any subject may be part of medical transcription. Of course, the medical transcriptionist is expected to transcribe the content, even if it includes something like:
"The patient presents for a general physical examination, after having returned from Peking, in the northern part of China, on the northern edge of the Huabei Pingyuan."
